Exchange & Refund policy
We aim is to satisfy our customer's needs regarding products Exchange & Refund . we sell product at the best price to the customer than any other website grantee. Our return policy is made keeping our valuable customers in mind and hence we have an easy transparent procedure for it. However, we wish that you do not need to use the policy as far as possible but we do understand that under unforeseen conditions it is necessary to replace/return the product.

If you have received a damaged product or the wrong item, Please shoot a video while unboxing for proof of delivery, and please contact us at our email: firstname.lastname@example.org or customer care:9158367147 with details of the product and the defect.
*Note: we don't do any exchange or return for quality issues as it's first copy products*
In case of Product replacement, our delivery partner will pick up from your given delivery address or the customer have to send back the parcel with a return packing slip within 2 Days. (For that parcel, courier charges will be paid by us)
As soon as we receive the product in our warehouse, you will get your replacement at the respected given delivery address given or you store credit in case of unavailability which can be used for your next purchase from the website. Store credit which is valid for a lifetime for purchase.
