Exchange & Refund Policy
our aim is to satisfy our customer's needs regarding products exchange, return & refund. we sell All products at the best price with genuine quality to the customer than any other website grantee. Our exchange & refund policy is made for keeping our valuable customers happy with our service and hence we have an easy transparent procedure for it within 2-3days after the product received. However, we wish that you do not need to use the policy as far as possible but we do understand that under unforeseen conditions it is necessary to exchange/replace/return the product.
1.Exchange can be done only for reasons:-
a.item received in damaged condition / manufacturing defect / wrong item delivered :-
=> If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, Please make a parcel opening video for proof and please contact us within 2-3days after the product received at our email: email@example.com or customer care:9158367147 / 9359835594 with details of your order.
=> customer needs to contact our customer support for exchange service, then our team will initiate pickup from your location, if pickup service is not available from your location then don't worry then also our team will give our warehouse address also guide for sending the product back to us, also shipping charges will be paid by us.
2.In case of Size issues:-
=> our all product sizes are properly measured also given size option to select *compulsory while you make product add to cart. however, if the customer faced any size issues with our product then exchange be done free within 2-3days after the product received.
*Note:- (Product can be exchanged with a similar product which booked)
3.Returns & Refund can be done only for a reason:-
=>item received in damaged condition / manufacturing defect / wrong item delivered
*Note: we don't do any exchange or return for quality issues as it's the first copy product. Don't worry our quality experts check the product nicely before product update on our website*
If your product issues match any above-given conditions then you can use our exchange & refund policy. As soon as we receive the product from you to our warehouse, you will get your replacement at the respected given delivery address or you get store credit in case of unavailability which can be used for your next purchase from our website. Store credit is valid for a lifetime for purchase or you will get it Refund.
