Once you submitted exchange request, then our support executive will arrange pickup for your order within 24-48hrs of request.
note: - product should be unwashed, unused with proper tags & original packing as delivered, if your
return order does not meet this above given conditions then your order can’t be processed for exchange
request & your order will sent back return to picked up address.
once order is picked up from you within 15days we deliver new replacement of same product, Incase replacement size is not Available in-stock then you will get Full refund for the product into your indiashopi wallet which you can use in next purchase. No other product can be changed behalf returned order.
*As per your request if you want refund into your bank account or card then shipping charges of returned product will be debited from refundable amount before refund initiate by us.

once our support team investigate this issue, if we find that product delivered was wrong / defective then our executive will arrange pickup for your order within 24-48hrs.
if same product is available in-stock then will delivered the new replacement within maximum 15days, incase product is out of stock then will notify you & initiate full refund to the you on the same transaction, if you ordered as cash on delivery then you have to provide us bank details to initiate refund once order is picked up from you & delivered to us.
